Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare high-quality food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order supplies, train Crew, and promote teamwork to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a Kitchen Leader you will help ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper inventory management while supporting Crew development and delivering great service on a fast-paced line. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on cooking excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory levels, address issues as they arise.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen workspace.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house staff.
• Support training and development of Crew to become Kitchen Leaders.
