Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Lancaster, OH. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure kitchen quality, safety, cleanliness, and inventory management, and promote teamwork across back and front of house to deliver a superior guest experience. You bring a high school diploma and restaurant experience, along with the ability to communicate in English and align with Chipotle's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Must speak, write, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and waste and address quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
