Chipotle Mexican Grill in Pickerington, OH is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food prep, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, while ensuring quality, safety, and a positive customer experience.

As a Kitchen Leader, you will mentor Crew members, uphold kitchen cleanliness, manage inventory, and promote teamwork across back- and front-of-house roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities
