SeoulSpice in Arlington, VA is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Leader to manage our kitchen operations, prep from scratch, and ensure quality according to SeoulSpice recipes and standards. You will lead daily production, organize the kitchen, and mentor Sous Chefs to execute at a high level.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team in preparing ingredients from scratch (produce, sauces, marinades, proteins).
• Plan daily prep to maintain fresh stock while avoiding waste.
• Train and support Sous Chefs to execute at a high level.
• Maintain inventory, labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and aligned with front-of-house needs.
