Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Durham is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen organized and stocked, maintain equipment, and model teamwork to deliver a great guest experience. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must have hospitality/restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership and training ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Crew and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and promote teamwork.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and proper sanitation at all times.
