Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You will order food, train Crew members, and model teamwork to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and properly maintained, and for guiding teammates to meet station goals and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or fast-food kitchen.
• Ability to follow procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Willingness to learn and train others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following Chipotle procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock in the kitchen.
• Train and develop Crew members for future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality and safety, monitor inventory and waste.
• Collaborate with back-of-house and front-of-house teams to deliver great guest experiences.
