Chipotle Mexican Grill in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order the food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

The role focuses on ensuring food quality and safety, keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked, maintaining equipment, and supporting Crew development to grow into leadership roles.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized and functioning properly.
• Maintain equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Uphold safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as required.
