Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You’ll order supplies, train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver great food and customer service.

You will help maintain a clean, stocked kitchen and model teamwork, guiding Crew through daily tasks and through-put improvements while supporting the shift goals.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to train others and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food by following Chipotle procedures.
• Ensure food is cooked to order and inventory is tracked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Lead and train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote safety and proper equipment maintenance.
• Assist in inventory rotation and MSDS handling.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams for smooth service.
