Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in the work location language(s).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order while following kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food quality by monitoring prep, waste, and inventory.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and support teamwork.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance.
• Foster great customer service and smooth throughput.
• Follow MSDS and FIFO processes and ensure safety standards.
