As Kitchen Leader, you will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will ensure our food is delicious, manage food orders, and train future Kitchen Leaders.
The Kitchen Leader ensures the quality and safety of our food daily. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, organization, stock levels, equipment maintenance, and serving as a role model for Crew members to develop into future leaders. The role promotes teamwork and a great customer experience, with a focus on accomplishing goals, assisting teammates, and maintaining safety standards.
