Role Summary
Work with the Director - Back of the House (BOH) + Financial Management to achieve excellence in BOH Operations and Financial Management. This role is a leader and critical in ensuring Chick-fil-A Bellevue (West Nashville) succeeds in:
- Financial Stewardship management through Food Cost, Labor Cost, and Repairs & Maint.
- Yearly & Quarterly Planning
- Back of House Staffing and Operations
- Leadership and People Development of Back of House Team
- Vision and Service Model compliance throughout all oversight areas
General Responsibilities
- Develop a restaurant culture of growth and hospitality-minded team members and leaders, emphasizing product knowledge, stewardship, excitement, and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications, and daily culture.
- Maintain alignment with the Operator and the Director - Back of the House + Financial Management vision.
- Ensure stewardship systems are implemented throughout the restaurant.
- Create a center of excellence by leading and implementing systems that set standards for innovation and high-performance teams across Chick-fil-A.
- Support the Director - Back of the House + Financial Management in creating, maintaining, and approving all schedules and shift changes among BOH Team Members, ensuring appropriate coverage for call-offs and no-shows.
- Handle discipline procedures for actions not meeting CFA standards, including documentation for all team members failing to meet expectations.
- Assist during the hiring process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks.
- Ensure Team Leaders discipline actions align with Chick-fil-A standards and the Team Member Handbook.
- Promote sales growth, creativity, and innovation within the business.
- Approve all schedule and shift changes, ensuring proper coverage.
- Follow all Chick-fil-A standards and procedures, coaching team members and leaders to do the same.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or marketing
- Leadership experience in food service operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
