The Opportunity

As Kitchen Leader, you will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will ensure our food is delicious, manage food orders, and train future Kitchen Leaders. Your role includes maintaining food quality and safety, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and supporting team development and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping according to procedures
  2. Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues
  3. Support team dynamics between back and front of house
  4. Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders
  5. Communicate effectively with Crew and customers
  6. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
  7. Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired promptly
  8. Adhere to safety guidelines to prevent injuries
  9. Complete MSDS and inventory rotation tasks
Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Proficiency in the primary language of the work location
  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience
