Job summary

The Pho Prime in Pearland, Texas, is seeking a Kitchen Leader to manage daily kitchen operations, lead a team of line cooks, and ensure top-quality Vietnamese pho broth and presentation. This in-person role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to food safety and efficiency.

You will oversee training, inventory management, and collaboration with front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 40 work hours per week including weekends.
• Kitchen line cooking experience.
• Compensation $16.50 per hour.
