Job summary

FatCats Entertainment is seeking a driven Kitchen Lead who will support the Kitchen Manager with daily operations in a high-volume restaurant and entertainment center. You’ll help manage food prep, inventory, and ordering while guiding the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

You’ll lead by example, ensure adherence to recipes and standards, and train staff on safe practices. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food service and ability to lead by example.
• Food handler's permit before starting employment.
• Completion of job safety training required.
• Personable yet professional demeanor essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to meet daily goals and priorities.
