Job summary

You will follow standard operating procedures, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and support weekly plans. This role requires standing, reliability, and flexible shifts; on-site work at a grocery store location.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at start of shift and prepare required equipment and supplies.
• Produce deli products for the sales floor per SOP and plan-of-gram (POG).
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Complete food safety compliance logs daily.
• Train team members and assist customers with deli items.
• Prepare sandwiches, subs, wraps, and pizza; portion and label items for display.
• Assist in roasting, frying, and cooking as per SOP.
• Monitor and manage product for grab-and-go sections; rotate stock.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures; report unsafe conditions.
