The Skinny Pancake in Hadley, MA is seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and foster a warm, community-driven dining experience. You’ll oversee BOH and collaborate across departments to drive hospitality excellence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in varied restaurant roles and at least 2 years in management, with ServSafe certification preferred. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, bonus eligibility, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in varied restaurant positions, including supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation, with a focus on kitchen management is beneficial.
• Availability to work full time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to coach and develop others effectively.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification or equivalent, preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.

• Promoting the operation's success with honesty and integrity.
• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations including scheduling, inventory, purchasing, quality, and safety.
• Developing team members to promote sales and profitability while ensuring high guest satisfaction.
