Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills to manage production schedules, inventory, and minimize waste.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and ordering processes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Overview

The Kitchen Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the a la carte kitchen, ensuring the production of high-quality, consistent food that aligns with our brand’s standards. This role is responsible for managing the kitchen team, including line cooks and the dish team, while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. The Kitchen Lead will handle ordering, inventory management, team training, and ensure smooth kitchen operations to support a dynamic, fast-paced service.
