Job summary

The Buttery in Kentucky is seeking a friendly Barista to join our cafe team. You will craft beverages to our standards, welcome guests, and share your passion for good coffee and tea in a warm, hospitality-driven environment.

You’ll work closely with supervisors to maintain an organized space, learn our beverage program, and help train new teammates while contributing to a positive front-of-house culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume coffee preferred, but training is available for the right attitude.
• Background in customer service within food, beverage, or retail settings is a plus.
• Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and a team-first mindset with a love for great food and drink.
