Job summary

You will meet sales goals, assist with services like gift wrap and registry, handle register transactions, and help maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness. The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience and full-time availability, including

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in retail preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Full-time associates must have open availability to meet business needs.
• Weekend availability + two shifts during the week required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, world-class customer service and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products.
• Assist customers with services (gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, special orders, back orders, and deliveries).
• Use effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and productivity.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including features and benefits.
• Operate POS system for sales, returns and exchanges accurately.
• Support visual merchandising, signage and lighting; maintain store cleanliness and stockroom.
• Process, ticket and restock merchandise as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
