Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience in our Los Angeles store.

You will provide friendly service, know the products, and process sales and returns accurately on the POS system. In this fast-paced specialty retail role, you’ll help customers with services like gift wrapping and registry, maintain visuals, and meet daily sales goals while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience and retail sales experience preferred.
• Able to learn product features and benefits to assist customers.
• Comfortable handling POS transactions including returns and exchanges.
