Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) is seeking dependable Food Service Workers to support dining operations at Vanwey Dining Hall on Tinker Air Force Base. The role involves food preparation, customer service, sanitation, dishwashing, ware washing, and maintaining contract standards and food safety.

Responsibilities include rotating between service and ware operations, ensuring clean workstations, and assisting with inventory and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, label, store, and rotate food items according to recipes and safety standards.
• Serve customers professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining spaces.
• Monitor and restock food, supplies, and inventory as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and cleaning procedures.
