Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, serving, sanitation, and customer service.
• Ability to follow established food safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and serve food items according to procedures and menu requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Wash dishes, trays, pots, pans, and other kitchen items as needed.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and temperature control procedures.
• Stock food, supplies, condiments, and serving areas to support daily operations.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supply inventory.
• Provide courteous service to customers, employees, and visitors.
• Remove trash and keep kitchen, dining, and service areas clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
