Job summary

Bistro Attendant at DO & CO AG in Boston: Join a dynamic team in a luxury hospitality setting, supporting kitchen operations and guest services with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include food prep, assembly, sanitation, and delivering meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility for shifts is required; daily meals and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Proactive and organized; able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to manage fast-paced workload and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of monitoring wastage accurately.
  • Flexible shifts including night, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and basic cooking.
  • Assemble meals and items according to guidelines.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portion and serve food to customers or employees; replenish serving lines.
  • Greet and assist employees or customers for a positive dining experience.
  • Direct people to supervisors when necessary; address concerns.
  • Clean tables and kitchen areas; wash dishes and equipment.
  • Take out trash and maintain overall cleanliness.
  • Restock napkins, condiments, and drinks; monitor inventory.

We have an incredible opportunity for an energetic and eager Kitchen Helper in Boston!

Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and basic cooking.
  • Assemble meals and menu items according to guidelines.
  • Always follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portioning and serving food to customers or employees. Replenish food on serving lines.
  • Greet and assist employees or customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Address basic concerns and direct people to supervisors when necessary.
  • Clean tables, counters, and food preparation areas.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Taking out trash and maintaining overall cleanliness.
  • Restock items such as napkins, condiments, and drinks.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels Reporting low stock to supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
  • Proactive and organized able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to manage fast-paced, substantial workload,
  • Capable of completing tasks within a given timeframe in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
  • Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
