LV Petroleum LLC is seeking restaurant team members for our travel center location. Roles include cooks and cashiers, focused on food preparation, safe handling, and guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities cover food prep, cooking, cleanliness, inventory, and teamwork to ensure timely, quality meals, while following safety regulations and allergen guidelines. Flexible evenings and weekends expected.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen protocols and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Food Preparation: chop vegetables, marinate meats, measure ingredients.
• Cooking and Cooking Assistance: cook dishes per menu, monitor temps, operate grills/ovens.
• Cleanliness and Safety: keep kitchen clean, follow health/sanitation guidelines, proper waste disposal.
• Inventory Management: restock kitchen supplies, monitor inventory, rotate stock (FIFO).
• Team Collaboration: work with kitchen staff, coordinate with front-of-house, train new staff.
• Adherence to Procedures: follow cooking procedures, portion sizes, and allergen handling.
