LV Petroleum LLC seeks restaurant team members for its travel center location. Cooks will prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and support a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Cashiers will provide friendly service in a fast-paced setting and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely orders. Ideal candidates are flexible, able to stand for long periods, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen protocols and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Food preparation: chop vegetables, marinate meats, measure ingredients and prepare for cooking.
• Cook dishes according to menu specifications and monitor temperature and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, stovetops) following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management (FIFO).
• Collaborate with front-of-house and train new kitchen staff as required.
• Follow established procedures, portion sizes, and allergen handling.
