Taste Buds Kitchen is seeking a General Manager to drive sales, oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, and lead a warm, guest-focused team. You will manage classes, camps, and parties, ensuring exceptional client experiences across events from kids' workshops to adult cooking nights.

You will mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, and uphold Taste Buds Kitchen standards, while controlling costs and maintaining a welcoming community.

• Strong customer service and guest engagement are essential.

Responsibilities

• Open availability is required, including nights and weekends.
• Instruct classes, camps and parties for ages 2-99; engage guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead daily operations, staff management, and client experience.
• Maintain branding and cleanliness in the kitchen and event spaces.
• Assist with HR tasks: hiring, training, scheduling and development of the team.
• Support sales efforts and marketing initiatives to meet goals.
