Qualifications

• Strong leadership with ability to recruit and train staff.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent experience a plus.
• Experience working with people of all ages.
• 1–3 years in a management position.
• Business or management degree is a plus.
• Must enjoy the atmosphere of a small business and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Open availability including nights and weekends as events run 7-days a week.
• Instruct classes, camps and parties for ages 2–99.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain quality control of classes, staff, and facilities.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and developing the employee team.
• Ensure policies and laws are followed and improve systems for efficiency.
• Respond to sales inquiries and meet sales goals.
• Lead marketing efforts and maintain a positive social media presence.
• Track monthly sales and manage payroll and costs.
• Maintain high cleanliness and branding standards in the kitchen.
