Job summary

Sea Oaks Property Owners Association is seeking an Expeditor to bridge front-of-house and back-of-house operations in our kitchen. The role focuses on quality, timeliness, and presentation, requiring strong time management and communication.

Responsibilities include prepping areas, sanitizing trays, coordinating orders, and serving as the primary liaison between Culinary and Service teams. Open weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must have ServSafe certification or be able to obtain it.
• Must be able to navigate a Kitchen Display System (KDS).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for service by setting up necessary areas and stocking supplies.
• Sanitize trays and ensure proper presentation of food items.
• Identify low stock and notify Culinary management.
• Review presentation against the order for accuracy and appeal.
• Coordinate and monitor order progress from start to finish.
• Act as primary conduit between Culinary and Service teams.
• Prioritize orders based on urgency and service flow.
• Address delays promptly and communicate updates to teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety, sanitation and food quality standards.
