Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Utility Worker at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR. You will support kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout food production and service areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, surfaces, floors, and storage spaces; transporting supplies; and assisting with setup and breakdown tasks as directed. Flexible shifts and a range of duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety.
• No related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; remove trash to designated areas.
• Clean equipment with chemicals to maintain sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies (soap, towels, cleaning materials).
• Transport and store supplies; assist with set-up and break-down tasks.
