Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Utility Worker to support kitchen and facility operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in food production and service areas. You will clean equipment, surfaces, and storage spaces, transport supplies, and assist with basic setup and breakdown tasks.

The role emphasizes adherence to sanitation and safety standards. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and knowledge of sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors; removes trash to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restocks supplies such as soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
