Job summary

Primanti Bros is seeking a Kitchen Expo team member to support kitchen and service during busy periods. You will help ensure items are prepared correctly and delivered promptly to tables or the bar area, while maintaining quality and quick service.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work under busy restaurant conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Know the menu proficiently.
• Coordinate orders from Kitchen and relay clearly to staff.
• Maintain high attention to detail in food prep and plating.
• Communicate errors or need for remakes promptly.
• Ensure expo-delivered items reach tables or bar quickly.
• Restock expo area and prep supplies for shifts.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• Complete opening, shift-change, and closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by Coach.
