Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Monaca, PA is seeking a Kitchen Expo team member to support busy shifts, ensuring food is prepared correctly and delivered to tables or the bar in a timely manner.

You will coordinate with the kitchen and service staff, maintain expo area readiness, and follow safety and sanitation policies while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented dining experience. We welcome motivated individuals to join our iconic brand.

Qualifications

• Stands 100% of the shift
• Able to deliver food and clear tables up to 50 lbs
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies

Responsibilities

• Possesses proficient knowledge of the menu
• Coordinates checks from the Kitchen and garnishes food per spec
• Communicates with Kitchen clearly and efficiently
• Ensures expo area prep and timely delivery to tables or bar
• Restocks expo area and assists with shift changes
• Follows safety and sanitation policies throughout shift
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists
• Performs additional duties as requested by Coach
