Marriott Revel & Rye and Broadway Lounge in Times Square, New York is seeking an expeditor to bridge kitchen and service teams, ensuring orders are accurate and promptly plated.

You will supervise the kitchen pass, coordinate runners, maintain station cleanliness, and train new team members. English fluency required; breakfast line cook experience preferred; ability to stand long hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a line cook position.
• Line Cook experience with breakfast menus.
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the kitchen pass and runners during service periods.
• Support the kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, presentation and timing.
• Track timing on all tickets and check final plating for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor in a high-stress environment.
• Support in the service training of new team members in food runner positions.
