Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure food items meet plate presentation standards and preparation specs.
• Act as quarterback of the kitchen, facilitating communication between front and kitchen.
• Keep the kitchen organized and ensure quality of food on all plates.
• Assist kitchen and servers; maintain a clean and orderly line.
• Inform management of issues and collaborate with staff in a professional manner.
