Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to become a trusted advisor for customers by delivering innovative solutions to predict and prevent kitchen equipment failures across commercial foodservice clients. You will service cooking, refrigeration, warewashing and related equipment, read diagrams and schematics, and participate in on-call rotations with occasional overnight travel.

A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Drive income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
