Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a field service technician to service a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, travel to customer sites, and build strong client relationships. You will diagnose, repair and perform preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of technical experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of technical experience (refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or military).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends).
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration, cooking, beverage, and dish machines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams and schematics.
• Deliver reliable, customer-focused service across restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial facilities.
