The ideal candidate brings HVAC and commercial refrigeration experience, reads wiring diagrams, and works with vendors to source parts. A valid driver's license is required to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment in grocery, restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, manuals, and schematics; use diagnostic tools.
• Proficient with basic electrical/mechanical components and controls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Service refrigeration equipment, walk-ins, displays, and ice machines.
• Understand HVAC basics for kitchen exhaust and climate control.
• Coordinate with store management and Facilities for repairs and status reports.
• Travel between store locations to provide maintenance support.
• Keep accurate service records and maintain parts inventory.
