S & F Investments is seeking a dependable Restaurant Mechanical Equipment Technician to perform preventive and repair maintenance across our restaurant locations. The role emphasizes hands-on care of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and foodservice equipment with safety and efficiency as priorities.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC/refrigeration experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a clean driving record to travel between sites daily. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, refrigeration repair and cooking equipment platforms.
• Requires a valid driver's license; travel between restaurants daily.
• Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Basic carpentry knowledge and building cosmetics.

Responsibilities

• HVAC maintenance and repair with EPA certificate.
• Installations and final connections to utilities for foodservice equipment.
• Test and repair equipment; identify malfunctions and replace parts.
• Maintain equipment with preventive maintenance and service.
• Respond to emergencies including nights and weekends.
• Document actions by keeping equipment records.
• Organize work by studying manuals/diagrams and gathering required materials.
