The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and timely service calls. A valid driver's license and strong customer service skills are required; company-provided vehicle and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues.
• Repair and maintain commercial cooking equipment.
• Service ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine repair solutions.
• Complete service calls accurately and professionally.
• Communicate with customers regarding problems and repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep your service vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and maintained.
