Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Kitchen Equipment Program Manager in New York to own the procurement pipeline for new store openings, from design through PO issuance, warehousing, and close-out. You will manage quotes, orders, installations, and punch lists, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of procurement experience, a relevant degree, and strong skills in drawings interpretation, PO timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and kitchen layouts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multi-site tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; vendor accountability.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve installer quotes for new store openings against locked drawings.
• Own purchase order timing to protect equipment lead times.
• Manage bulk equipment purchases and coordinate with vendors and installers.
• Track equipment through warehousing and flag delays.
• Review invoices for accuracy against quotes and POs.
• Serve as first contact for quotes, orders, installations, and punch lists.
• Maintain accurate data in trackers and milestone dates.
• Attend coordination calls with installers and vendors.
• Support punch list closure with field teams.
• Communicate issues promptly and escalate when needed.
