Job summary

Swoon in New York City is seeking a Construction Procurement Specialist to support new store openings, remodels, and capital projects across North America.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement/purchasing or construction, strong Excel and analytics, and familiarity with SAP Ariba or Power BI is a plus. You will manage purchase orders, coordinate material deliveries, and collaborate with Project Managers and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Power BI, retail construction, or capital projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and supplier relationships
• Coordinate material deliveries to project sites
• Support construction project schedules and budgets
• Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and suppliers
• Help ensure projects stay on track from planning through completion
