Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Kitchen Equipment Program Manager in New York to own the procurement pipeline for new store openings. You will manage quotes, orders, installations, and punch lists, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep sites on schedule.

You will review technical drawings, manage PO timelines, and track equipment across warehouses, ensuring accurate trackers and timely turnovers to Operations. Strong attention to detail and proactive risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in a related field with procurement, purchasing, or contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and kitchen layout plans.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve kitchen equipment installer quotes against the locked design and design bulletins.
• Own purchase order timing for bulk kitchen equipment orders to protect lead times and installation dates.
• Manage bulk and program-level equipment purchases with vendors and installers.
• Track equipment through warehousing and flag sites arriving early or late.
• Maintain accurate program trackers, quote status, PO numbers, and milestone dates.
