Job summary

Carter Lumber's Kitchen & Bath division is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative in Erie to transform clients' ideas into detailed designs and accurate quotes. You will design interiors for new construction and remodels, measure sites, and secure final sales by building strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Design and selling to contractors and homeowners.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Proficient in 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule based on customer needs.
• Strong math skills for quoting.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design interiors (kitchens, baths, offices, etc.) for new construction and remodels.
• Take measurements and manage delivery details.
• Design and secure the final sale with builders, contractors, and homeowners.
• Identify sales opportunities through relationships and follow-through.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams; participate in ongoing learning.
