Carter Kitchen & Bath in Erie, PA is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to lead new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery.

You will design interiors with builders and homeowners, identify opportunities, measure job sites, create designs, and drive final sales, leveraging your cabinetry knowledge and strong communication skills. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and to sell to contractors and homeowners.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs.
• Strong math skills for quoting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars) from measurement to delivery.
• Work with builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure final sale.
• Identify sales opportunities and perform job-site measurements.
• Create designs and quotes based on client needs and trends.
