Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members in Scottsdale, AZ. This hourly role centers on back-of-house operations, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness to deliver high-quality meals with aloha spirit.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth. The position can be part-time or full-time, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card is required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and clear English written/verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
