Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. As a Kitchen Crew, you will support the back of house, handle food preparation, stocking, portion control, and ensure meals are prepared to order.

This is an hourly position at $20.00 per hour with part-time or full-time options. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid sick time, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written/verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely serving.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
