Responsibilities

• Prepare Imo's Pizza menu items to our high standards of quality and food safety.
• Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
• Follow Imo's Pizza company recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Ensure that all utensils and cooking equipment are clean and sterilized.
• Plate or package menu items accordingly.
• Manage all food order slips and ensure that customers orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
