Job summary

Hideaway Pizza is seeking Crew Members to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment in the United States. You will help with food preparation, ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a fun, guest-focused dining experience.

Responsibilities include following the Hideaway Way and service steps, maintaining quality, and working collaboratively with Managers and teammates to deliver exceptional Guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older in selected markets based on criteria (state and county specific).
• Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handler (state and county specific).
• Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with fellow Crew Members and Managers.
• Meet the physical requirement of the position, including standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours), walking frequently, lifting up to 40 pounds, carrying up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, climbing and descending stairs (location specific), and performing repetitive motions.

PURPOSE | The primary commitment of the Kitchen Crew is to provide an EXCEPTIONAL food to ensure an EXCEPTIONAL dining experience for our Guests. This experience will leave the guests craving to return soon and share their excitement (food shots and selfies are preferred). Achieving this means you must embrace the Hideaway Way, excel in the Hideaway Service Standards, have superior product knowledge and skills, and present yourself in a professional yet fun way.
