Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
• Prepare food, including cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking dishes
• Plate prepared foods under the guidance of the senior chef
• Coordinate with servers to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Clean kitchen and utensils, and store equipment properly
• Maintain food safety standards and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 2+ years' experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry
• Ability to read and follow recipes
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Teamwork skills in a busy kitchen environment
• ServeSafe Certification (preferred)
