Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred.

Join to apply for the Kitchen Cook role at WaTiki Indoor Waterpark Resort.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
2. Preparing food, including cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
3. Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance.
4. Working with servers to ensure orders are completed according to request and on time.
5. Washing and cleaning the kitchen and utensils, and storing equipment at the end of shifts.
6. Ensuring kitchen operations and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.

Requirements include:

• High school diploma/GED.
• 2+ years' experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred.
